Yesterday we officially released our State of Teams report — we found that executives and teams spend >25% of their time searching for information. One of the most disruptive ways to use AI is to give teams instant access to what they're looking for, instead of wasting hours and hours in meetings. But here's the catch: when information isn't documented online, AI can't help. AI is powered by digital interactions like chats, pages and video calls — it doesn't know what's happening at the water cooler or in side conversations!
