During the escape, she is separated from her husband and daughter, who are detained in Iran. RAHA is a film about breaking boundaries and about the struggle for freedom. Raha is a 1991 Danish produced short film directed by Farrokh Majidi following screenplay by Farrokh Majidi, Moddabber Kyan. Produced at the Film Workshop (Filmværkstedet) in Denmark. Prod. No. 1989012 Iranian-born director Farrokh Majidi made this almost feature-length short film together with a number of other exiled Iranians. The movie got an ordinary movie premiere and was seen by many. It was a good example of how difficult it was to define the concept of Danish film in the early nineties. See less
