Together they confront an evil, ugly witch who is determined to get ride of them because they have moved into a house on the edge of her woods. The witch hates neighbors, and through magic, evil planning she turns Prop and Berta's friends, the Teeny Burpers, into dangerous hoodlums who terrorize the nearby town.
