Today marks the one year anniversary of the series, which I launched in honor of my dad on his birthday. I feel so lucky to have been able to create this series and provide a resource for mental health, a topic near to my heart; I couldn't have done so without the help and inspiration of both of my beautiful parents. It is also due to my amazing guests who each shared so openly and honestly and the incredible and invaluable work of Mike, Tess, Ellyn, Johnny, Joanna, Bob, Tyler, and Rae. I love you guys and am forever grateful. In this episode, my mom and I are talking about mental health in a parent/child relationship, the intersection of mental health and addiction, and my mom's life experiences.
