These people convene on Kimberly's website, where they post, search for, and share coupons and information about sales. The website has over ten thousand registered users, and counting. The film follows the economically savvy Kimberly, and the driven and enthusiastic Frugalshopper member Mary Frances-Davis as they scavenge the isles of their local grocery store for the best deals.
