Peter and Jake's relationship is awkward at first; however, they warm up to each other while watching Charlie Chaplin films. While the films at first seem to be only something that the two can bond over, Peter soon realizes that he can use the films to help Jake overcome his fear of heights, and in the process grow up as well.
