Having lost his job and girlfriend and with a string of unpaid bills Frank decides to make a strong public statement about the unfairness of life. Frank decides to blow himself up In a public park to highlight society's social ills. However on the way to the park Frank unexpectedly meets an old flame from his school days. His old flame offers the hope of reigniting an un-requited love. As the pressure mounts from the ticking bomb in Frank's suitcase, Frank begins to re-evaluate his course of action.
