However, because of her continuous mistakes, she gets scolded a lot by the manager, and even fought with Mr. Heo, and she gets tired herself. She has a hard time and tries to find help at the temple. On the way to the temple, she meets a friend who goes to the temple with her. She is told that she does not have a 'I' by that friend. After hearing that friend's words that acknowledging and apologizing for mistakes makes her more comfortable for herself and the other person, she decides to try it out. While submitting the documents to the manager, she writes down a simple note saying "Thank you for your kind cooperation" and posts it together. This improves the relationship with the manager. She apologizes to Heo first, which improves the team's atmosphere. See less
