Everyone has a different perception of what is happening and what they should do next. Kolya sides with the rebellion. Regardless of the penalties and risks, he regularly protests against the war in the center of his hometown. And he is regularly interrogated by the services because of this. Kostya thinks practically - he wants him and his brother to leave the region, find a job and a chance for a better future. The tension between the brothers is growing, especially since the dispute over the war is not the only one that divides the boys.
