Smuggler Liu Shaohua (played by Qin Hao) is introduced to methamphetamine by chance. Tempted by its immense profits, he turns to drug manufacturing. Under Lin Qiangfeng and his team's relentless pursuit, most drug dealers in West Port City are apprehended, leaving Liu Shaohua on the run, attempting to evade capture. By 1996, Lin Qiangfeng intercepts Liu Shaohua's attempt to make a comeback, forcing Liu into hiding. Later, Liu attempts to resume drug production, but Lin uncovers his trail. In 1999, Liu Shaohua is finally brought to justice. See less
