Biggest complaint is that notifications no longer work. Also not all account information is visible, such as payment info. Also, cross source notifications are not synchronized. If I send a Wyzant message from one computer, I see a new message indicator on other computers and the app (when opened), even though the only "new message" is the one I sent from another source. Also how long it takes to fix reported problems is really bad. It's been years since I mentioned notifications no longer work.

EDIT: The app is frequently broken now and messages often do not work. Just plain awful for keeping in touch with your students. Review has been downgraded to 1 star. The app still doesn't send notifications properly so its easy to miss if I'm not checking my email constantly but I'm grateful for the service and its a great platform for booking tutoring. I do wish the commission was lower.

I would say that this app is usable, but not much better than that. To start, it takes a very long time to load messages from students. Sometimes it never loads at all and I have to completely close and reopen the app in the hopes I can load messages again. It's also difficult to schedule lessons for students seamlessly. Edit: It's been several years of using this app and now I get no notifications, which means I miss responding to students in a timely fashion. This is a HUGE problem.
