This is arguably the worst fast food app. Talking to employees at my local Subway, they state that it never works correctly, the options available at the store are never correct in the app. The last time I tried to order it I was unable to select a combo. The app would just freeze up and become unresponsive. I had to order the individual items instead of getting the combo. I don't know what kind of servers you guys are operating on, but you clearly need to upgrade. Horrible.

Terrible App Experience I ordered through the app, paid (including a tip), and it glitched—took my money, but the store had no record of my order. I had to reorder in-store, paying $5 more and tipping again, totaling nearly $30 for a footlong, chips, and a drink. Complete waste of time and money. This is exactly why I don’t trust restaurant apps. Subway needs to fix this or risk losing customers. Avoid the hassle—just order in person.

VERY BUGGY. Worked great the first couple of times I used it, but every time I try to order through the app over the last couple of days, it fails at payment. I've closed the app, cleared cache, and reopened, and I've logged out and back in, but it fails every time. Tried multiple payment methods & the same card that worked a week ago now fails through the app. Since I can't complete the order through the app, I can't get the app-only deals, so I'll just go somewhere else.
