Claims (11)
1. Förfarande för samtidig alstring av bränngas och processvärme frän kolhaltiga material genom att i ett 5 första virvelskiktsteg förgasa och därefter bränna vid för-gasningen överblivna brännbara beständsdelar i ett andra virvelskiktsteg, varvid förgasningen genomförs vid ett tryck av högst 5 bar och vid en temperatur mellan 800-1100°C med hjälp av en syrehaltig gas i närvaro av vatten-10 änga i ett cirkulerande virvelskikt (1, 2, 3) och därvid omsätts 40-80 vikt-% av kolet som utgängsmaterialet inne-häller kännetecknat därav, att a) den vid förgasningen bildade gasen, vars temperatur är mellan 800-1000°C, i virveltillständ befrias frän sva- 15 veiföreningar, därefter avkyls och stoftet avlägsnus därut b) äterstoden frän förgasningen tillsammans med frän gasreningen kommande biprodukter, säsom belastat svavelav-lägsningsmedel, stoft och gasvatten, mätäs i ett annat cirku- ' lerande virvelskikt (21, 22, 23) och däri bränns de äter- 20 stäende brinnande beständsdelarna vid ett luftförhällandetal A = 1,05-1,40.
2. Förfarande englit patentkravet 1, k ä n n e -t e c k n a t därav, att vid förgasningen omsätts 40-60 vikt-% av kolet som utgängsmaterialet innehäller. 25
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kän netecknat därav, att i förgasningssteget (1, 2, 3) mätäs vattenänga, huvudsakligen i form av virvelgas (6) och syrehaltig gas, huvudsakligen i form av sekundärgas (5).
. 4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, 30 kännetecknat därav, att gasernas uppehällstid vid förgasningssteget (1, 2, 3) - beräknat ovanför inlopps-stället (4) för det kolhaltiga materialet - regleras tili 1-5 sekunder.

Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, 35 kännetecknat därav, att frän de frän förgas-ningssteget (1, 2, 3) avgäende gaserna i ett cirkulerande virvelskikt med hjälp av kalk eller dolomit eller motsva- 21 73724 rande brända produkter, vilkas partikelstorlek d 50 är P mellan 30-200 /im, avlägsnas svavel och därför regleras i virvelskiktreaktorn en genomsnittlig suspensionstäthet av 3 3 0,1-10 kg/m , företrädesvis 1-5 kg/m och en cirkulerande 5 fastämnesmängd per timme, som motsvarar ätminstone 5-fal- digt vikten av fastämnet i reaktionsschaktet.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, kännetecknat därav, ett gasens hastighet vid svavelavlägsnandet regleras till mellan 4-8 m/s (beräknat 10 som hastighet i tomt rör).
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknat därav, att allt svavelavlägsnings-medel, även det som behövs vid förbränningssteget, tillsätts i steget, där svavlet avlägsnas frän gasen. 15
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknat därav, att förbränningen genomförs i tvä steg med pä olika höjder inmatade syrehaltiga gaser (24 , 25) .
9. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 8, k ä n n e -20 tecknat därav, att over den övre gasmatningen (25) ästadskommes en genomsnittlig suspensionstäthet mellan 15-100 kg/m^ genom inställning av virvel- och sekundärgas-mängderna och ätminstone en väsentlig del av förbrännings-värmen leds bort medelst avkylningsytor som är belägna ovan-25 för den övre gasmatningen inne i det fria reaktorrummet.
10. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 8, kännetecknat därav, att ovanför den övre gasmatningen (25) ästadkommes en genomsnittlig suspensionstäthet mellan n 10-40 kg/m° genom inställning av virvel- (24) och sekundär-30 gasmängderna (25), hett fastämne avlägsnas frän det cirku-lerande virvelskiktet (21 , 22, 23) och avkyls i virveltill-" ständ medelst direkt eller indirekt värmeväxling och ätmins tone en delström av det avkylda fastämnet returneras (40) : tili det cirkulerande virvelskiktet (21 , 22, 23). 35
