Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento y dispositivo para intercambio de materiales, entre sistemas heterogéneos en una columna intercambiadora que conecta por lo menos de un piso, con un primer y un segundo paso, la cual es cargada desde arriba, con una corriente cuantitativa más pesada y en contra corriente desde abajo, con una correinte cuantitativa más ligera, que se mezlca entre sí en una zona mezcladora en un movimiento rotatorio, enriqueciéndose la nueva fase más pesada, suspensión o similar, formada en la zona mezcladora por encima del segundo paso, así como la fase más ligera, suspensión o similar, correspondiente debajo del primer paso, caracterizado porque a) la corriente cuantitativa más pesada, cargada desde arriba, cambia de dirección por encima del piso en un movimiento rotatorio vertical que llena dentro de lo posible completamente la sección transversal interior de la columna intercambiadora, b) la corriente cuantitativa más ligera que pasa desde arriba a través del primer paso del fondo hacia arriba, participa en el movimiento rotatorio vertical y se mezlca dentro del mismo, con la corriente cuantitativa más pesada; c) la fase más pesada, suspensión o similar, que se forma durante el intercambio de material en esta zona mezcladora, se enriquece debajo de la zona mezcladora y la fase más ligera, suspensión o similar que se va formando, se enriquece por encima de la zona mezcladora, y d) despues de establecer una baja de presión correspondiente, se desplaza la fase más pesada, suspensión o similar, a traves del segundo paso, con tanta rapidez de arriba hacia abajo, para llegar al recinto debajo del piso, que ésta corriente cuantitativamrnte sea desviada aquí en otro movimiento rotatorio vertical, pero con un sentido rotatorio opuesto, y se mezcla con la corriente cuantitativa más ligera cargada desde abajo, y el dispositivo para llevar a cabo el procedimiento según cualquiera de las cláusulas 1 a 5, en el cual la columna intercambiadora tiene por lo menos un piso, caracterizada porque el piso que cubre la sección transversal interior de la columna intercambiadora en el área de su borde cuenta con un primer y segundo paso y porque en el área del primer paso se ha provisto el dispositivo de cambio de dirección.The present invention refers to a method and device for exchanging materials, between heterogeneous systems, in an exchange column that connects at least one floor, with a first and a second passage, which is loaded from above, with a quantitative current heavier and countercurrent from below, with a lighter quantitative correinte, which mixes with each other in a mixing zone in a rotary motion, enriching the new heavier phase, suspension or the like, formed in the mixing zone above the second step, as well as the lightest phase, suspension or similar, corresponding below the first step, characterized in that a) the heaviest quantitative current, charged from above, changes direction above the ground in a vertical rotary movement that fills within the the internal cross section of the exchanger column is fully possible, b) the lightest quantitative current passing from above to through the first passage from the bottom upwards, it participates in the vertical rotary movement and mixes within it, with the heaviest quantitative current; c) the heaviest phase, suspension or the like, which is formed during the material exchange in this mixing zone, is enriched below the mixing zone and the lightest phase, suspension or the like that is being formed, is enriched above the mixing zone, and d) after establishing a corresponding pressure drop, the heaviest phase, suspension or the like, moves through the second step, so quickly from top to bottom, to reach the enclosure below the floor, that this quantitative current is diverted here in another vertical rotary motion, but with an opposite rotational direction, and is mixed with the lightest quantitative current loaded from below, and the device to carry out the procedure according to any of clauses 1 to 5, in which the exchanger column has at least one floor, characterized in that the floor that covers the interior cross section of the exchanger column in the area of its edge has a first and second step and because the direction change device has been provided in the area of the first step.
