Abstract
POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE POLIMERNIH KOMPOZICIJA, pogodnih za bituminozne smeše, sadrže najmanje 50% mas.radijalnih i račvastih blok-opolimera opšte formule: gde Z je radikal iz tetrafunkcionalnog sredstva za kuplovanje; A je blok polistirena molekulske mase od 10.000 do 40.000; B je blok plibutadiena molekulske mase od 20.000 do 70.000, i m, n, p i q su 1 ili nula, pod uslovom da njihov varira od 1 do 4, preostale procente sačinjavaju linearni 2-blok kopolimer A-B i homopolimer A (gde A i B imaju napred navedena značenja), naznačen time, što se monomer stirena plimerizuje tehnikom aktivnog polimera, na temperaturi od 35° C do 65° C koristeći metal-alkil ili metal-aril katalizatore, da bi se dobio blok polistirena molekulske mase od 10.000 do 40.000, sa metalom na kraju niza A-M, gde M je metal metal-alkil ili metal-aril katalizatora i A je blok polistirena, što se monomer 1,3-butadiena polimerizuje tehnikom aktivnog polimera u prisustvu bloka polistirena u kome je metal na kraju niza A-M tako da se dobije 2-blok kopolimer sa metalom na kraja polibutadienskog niza A-B-M, gde A je blok polistirena, B je blok polibutadiena molekulske mase od 20.000 do 70.000 i M ima napred navedeno značenje, što se reakciona smeša koja se obrazuje polimerizacijom 1,3-butadiena zagreva do temperature od 100° C toliko dugo da dodje do kalemljenja dva blok kopolimera A-B i da nastaje struktura sa sadržajem metala opšte formule gde A, B i M imaju napred navedena značenja, posle čega se struktura sa sadržajem metala kupluje pomoću tetrfunkcionalnog sredstva i polimerna materija izdvaja iz smeše posle reakcije kuplovanja.
