A great example of how public-private partnerships in Ohio are sparking revitalization efforts and new affordable housing options. In 2023, COCIC, as lead entity for Franklin County, was awarded $21.6 million from the Ohio Department of Development's Ohio Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program for the demolition of six projects, including Westland Mall. We're excited to see renovation efforts underway that support the community and will lead to even more local activity.
