The father quickly loses himself in a haze of nostalgia while his son struggles to see beyond a rusting hulk that is heading for the scrapheap. But is it the caravan he's thinking about - or his father? In the holiday home which saw their relationship blossom there is a chance for them to reconnect. However as the Father treats his Son as child he adopts an unwilling teenage demeanor. This 'Long Weekend' provides a chance for them to accept each other as their present selves and accept their differences. Written by Anonymous See less
