Abstract
Se divulga un método de edición de gen o de apilación de gen dentro de la ubicación FAD2 al escindir, en un sitio de modo directo, una ubicación en el gen FAD2 en una célula, para generar una ruptura en el gen FAD2 y luego ligar en dicha ruptura una molécula de ácido nucleico vinculada con uno o más fenotipos de interés.
