Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Biorreator para cultivo in vitro de plantas, de tipo inmersión temporal caracterizado por comprender: i) un recipiente superior con paredes transparentes para el material en propagación, siendo dicho recipiente superior provisto de: (a) difusores de intercambio de gases con el ambiente externo, (b) humidificador (12), y (c) iluminación artificial (14), preferencialmente tipo LED; ii) un recipiente inferior con paredes transparentes para el medio nutriente líquido, teniendo una bandeja y un punto de entrada de agua y/o medio nutriente, localizado en el fondo de dicho recipiente inferior; iii) puntos de inyección / retiro de aire / oxígeno / gas carbónico localizados en la tapa transparente que posiciona y sella el recipiente superior; iv) ponto de inyección adicional de gas carbónico con tubo de goteo, próximo al fondo de dicho recipiente superior; v) medios de conexión entre los recipientes superior e inferior para el abastecimiento / drenaje del medio nutriente hacia y desde el recipiente superior; vi) soporte de pantalla para el material en propagación, con posibilidad de cambio de pantallas de diferentes mallas; vii) medios de posicionamiento y bloqueo de la tapa para el cierre hermético del recipiente superior; viii) medios de posicionamiento y bloqueo del recipiente superior para el cierre hermético sobre el recipiente inferior; y ix) medios de movilización del medio nutriente líquido entre el dicho recipiente superior y tal recipiente inferior.
