Stromabnehmer von Taschenbatterlen.
Alle bisher bekannten Taschonbatterien sind mit Stromabnehmern nach Fig. 1 ausgerüstet. Dieser Stromabnehmer besteht im wesentlichen aus einer auf dem Kohlenpol aufgepressten Metallhülse h, auf welche der eigentliche Stromabnehmer s aufgelötet ist.
Da die Herstellung von Taschenbatterien in Massenfabrikation erfolgt, kann auf die Herstellung einer sicher haltbaren Lötung nicht immer die nötige Sorgfalt verwendet werden. Die Folge davon ist, dass die Stromabnehmer beim Verpacken und während des Transportes der Taschenbatterien oder bei sonstiger roher Behandlung oft bei der Lötstelle abbrechen.
Um diesen Nachteil zu vermeiden, wird erfindungsgemäss die Kontakthülse und der Stromabnehmer aus einem Stuck hergestellt, wie in Fig. 2 und 3 dargestellt. Die Herstellung erfolgt z. All previously known pocket batteries are equipped with current collectors according to FIG. This current collector consists essentially of a metal sleeve h pressed onto the carbon pole, onto which the actual current collector s is soldered.
Since pocket batteries are mass-produced, the necessary care cannot always be taken to produce a securely durable soldering. The consequence of this is that the current collectors often break off at the soldering point during packing and during transport of the pocket batteries or during other rough handling.
In order to avoid this disadvantage, according to the invention the contact sleeve and the current collector are made from one piece, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. The production takes place z.
