Abstract
<B>PROCESSO E COMPOSIçãO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE ARTIGOS ATRAVéS DE MOLDAGEM DE Pó E ARTIGOS RESULTANTES<D>. Processo de fabricação de um artigo moldado que compreende a moldagem de pó de uma composição de polímeros que possui valor de dureza Shore D de menos de 40 pontos; com a mencionada composição de polímeros compreendendo: 1) uma composição de poliolefina que consiste de : i) 5 a menos de 100, preferencialmente 20 a 70, de maior preferência 20 a 50, partes em peso de um polímero isotático cristalino ou parcialmente cristalino de 1-buteno; e ii) mais de 0 a 95, preferencialmente 30 a 80, de maior preferência 50 a 80, partes em peso de uma composição de poliolefina elastomérica termoplástica que possui velocidade de fluxo de fusão de 20 a 100 g/10 min ( a 230°C e 2,16 kg); ou 2) uma composição de poliolefina que consiste de: iii) 100 partes em peso de um polímero isotático cristalino ou parcialmente cristalino de 1-buteno ou composição (1); e iv) mais de 0 a 100, preferencialmente 5 a 100 partes em peso de um polímero elastomérico; com a ressalva de que, quando o polímero de 1-buteno for um homopolímero ou um copolímero com menos 2% em peso de comonómero, as composições de polímeros (1) e (2) contêm pelo menos cinco partes em peso de um polímero elastomérico.
