  Beutel.



   Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Beutel zur Verpaekung von Waren, der eine Hülle aus durchsichtigem, nicht von selbst formhaltendem Material aufweist, welche mit einem Unterteil aus steiferem Material, welches Boden und Seitenwände besitzt, verbunden ist, zum Zwecke, die Sichtbarkeit der verpackten Ware zu gewährleisten und dem Beutel eine ebene, sieh nicht von selbst deformierende Standfläche zu geben.



   Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf der Zeichnung in drei beispielsweisen Ausführungsformen dargestellt.



   Fig. 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht des Beutels.



   Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt durch den untern Teil des Beutels nach einer ersten Ausführungsform.



   Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen je einen Schnitt durch eine zweite und dritte Ausführungsform.



   Der Beutel besitzt eine Hülle 1 aus durch sichtigem deformierbarem Material, wie Zelluloid, Kunststoff und dergleichen, dessen unterer Teil durch einen Boden 2 mit einem seitlich aufstehenden Rand 3 aus steiferem Material zur Formhaltung verstärkt ist. Der Boden kann in die aussenliegende Hülle eingesetzt sein (Fig. 2) oder die Hülle im aufstehenden Rand 3 des Bodens gefasst sein (Fig. 3) oder nach einer dritten Ausführungsform die äussere bodenlose Hülle innen im obern Teil des aufstehenden Randes des Bodens verklebt sein (Fig. 4). Dabei kann der obere Rand des Bodens eine verzierende Form besitzen, und der Rand kann auf seiner Au  ssenseftc    farbig bedruckt oder mit Figuren und dergleichen verziert sein.

   Durch den eingesetzten Boden mit sich teilweise über den untern Teil des Beutels erstreckenden Seitenwänden erhält der Beutel eine Standfläche, die sich nicht deformieren kann, wodurch die Sichtbarkeit der verpackten Ware im Beutel nicht beeinträchtigt wird.  



   PATENTANSPRUCH:
Beutel zur Verpackung von Waren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass derselbe eine Hülle ans durchsichtigem, nicht von selbst formhaltendem Material aufweist, welche mit einem Unterteil aus steiferem Material, welches Boden und Seitenwände besitzt, verbunden ist, zum Zwecke, die Sichtbarkeit der verpackten Ware zu gewährleisten und dem Beutel eine ebene, sieh nicht von selbst deformierende Standfläche zu geben.



   UNTERANSPRÜCHE:
1. Beutel nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden mit dem Verstärkungsrand in der Hülle eingesetzt ist.



   2. Beutel nach Patentanspruch, dadurch   gekelmzeiehnet,    dass die Hülle auf der Innenseite des Verstärkungsrandes des Bodens befestigt ist.



   3. Beutel nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle am obern Rand des Bodens befestigt ist.



   4. Beutel nach   Patentansprueh    und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Rand des Bodens Verzierungen aufweist.

   The bag has a shell 1 made of transparent deformable material, such as celluloid, plastic and the like, the lower part of which is reinforced by a base 2 with a laterally upstanding edge 3 made of stiffer material to maintain its shape. The bottom can be inserted into the outer shell (Fig. 2) or the shell in the upright edge 3 of the bottom (Fig. 3) or, according to a third embodiment, the outer bottomless shell can be glued inside in the upper part of the upright edge of the bottom (Fig. 4). The upper edge of the bottom can have a decorative shape, and the edge can be printed in color on its outer surface or decorated with figures and the like.

   The inserted base with side walls partially extending over the lower part of the bag gives the bag a standing surface that cannot deform, so that the visibility of the packaged goods in the bag is not impaired.



   PATENT CLAIM:
