Abstract

Printed matters become an indispensable part in modern society and are widely applied to various fields such as newspapers, magazines, packages and the like. Especially, printed matters for product packaging have extremely wide application, and the printed matters are usually printed with an ink layer on the use surface of paper so as to enable the paper to have the effects of advertising and marking. With the improvement of living standard and the quality requirement of people on printed matters for product packaging, a magnetic anti-counterfeiting printing technology is introduced in the technical field of printing of the packaged matters, namely, a magnetic orientation device is utilized to carry out magnetic orientation on magnetic pigment flakes in magnetic optically variable ink to generate artificially designed specific optical patterns. the magnetic pigment layer is formed by printing magnetic powder on a printing substrate through a magnetic orientation printing technology, and a three-dimensional rolling ball is generated through the magnetic orientation printing technology;
the bottom layer of the plain net is a bottom color layer printed by blue ink through printing;
the pattern layer middle tone layer is a pattern layer printed by using blue ink, the pattern area has middle tone layer expression, the tone range is 35-65%, and the background area is free and free of ink;
the equivalent particle size of the magnetic pigment layer is 1-100 mu m, the thickness of the magnetic pigment layer is 0.1-10 mu m, and the color blending proportion of the blue ink is as follows: blue, red is 4-6: 1-3; the color blending proportion of the medium blue ink used in the pattern level middle color blending layer is as follows: blue, red is 4-6: 3-5;

on the flat screen bottom layer, printing a pattern layer middle tone layer serving as a pattern layer by using blue ink, wherein a pattern area is expressed by using the middle tone layer, the tone range is 35-65%, and a background area is free from ink; the color blending proportion of the medium blue ink is as follows: and red is 4-6: 3-5.
Compared with the prior art, the magnetic directional printing technology has the beneficial effects that the magnetic directional printing technology is realized by sequentially adopting the magnetic pigment layers on the printing substrate, so that the magnetic directional printing technology and the traditional printing technology can be realized, wherein the three-dimensional rolling ball generated by the magnetic directional printing technology can roll at the printing position due to different visual angles of observers, and the plane figure printed by the traditional printing is in a static state, so that the ball and the plane figure move relatively to feel that the figure floats on the ball, and finally, a dynamic visual effect with large depth of field is formed, so that the effect which cannot be achieved by common printing figures and texts is realized.

The printed matter printed by the common printing technology is a two-dimensional graph, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. With the development of printing technology and the improvement of quality requirements of people on printed matters for product packaging, the requirements of three-dimensional and anti-counterfeiting are put forward on printing. The invention provides a magnetic fixed rolling pattern printed matter, which comprises laser light column paper, a magnetic pigment layer, a flat net flower bottom layer and a pattern layer middle adjusting layer, wherein the magnetic pigment layer is sequentially printed on the laser light column paper from inside to outside; wherein:

The laser light column paper can be cross-grain, cross-grain or radial laser light column paper, and is preferably cross-grain laser light column paper; the magnetic pigment layer is formed by printing magnetic powder on a printing substrate by a magnetic orientation printing technology; the flat screen bottom layer is a bottom color layer printed by using blue ink through printing, the soft middle tone is used for hierarchical expression, the tone range is 35-65%, and the area outside the pattern is a background area which is free from ink. The layer plays a role in enhancing the saturation of the patterns in the overall dynamic texture effect, and the spatial distance between the patterns and the background is increased to generate a three-dimensional effect; the pattern layer middle tone layer is a pattern layer printed by using blue ink, a pattern area has middle tone layer expression, and a background area is free from ink. The PET laser light column film on the surface of the laser light column paper serving as a printing base material can move along with the change of the angle, so that the printed overall pattern is rich in dynamic sense.
The magnetic powder in the technical scheme is ferric oxide powder of which the surface is coated with a layer of aluminum oxide by a chemical liquid deposition method. The principle of the method is to use AlCl3Placing the mixture at a constant temperature and under a constant pH value, hydrolyzing to generate aluminum hydroxide, uniformly depositing the aluminum hydroxide on the surface of the flaky magnetic powder, and then performing suction filtration and drying to obtain the flaky magnetic powder coated with a layer of aluminum oxide, wherein the specific implementation is as follows:

(2) Stirring the pretreated ferric oxide powder and deionized water, heating to 80 ℃, adjusting the pH value to 7.0, and uniformly adding AlCl3And (3) adjusting the solution by using a NaOH solution to maintain the pH value stable, keeping the temperature and stirring for 2 hours after feeding, then performing suction filtration, washing by using deionized water, then washing by using ethanol, and then drying at 100 ℃.
The magnetic pigment layer has an equivalent particle diameter of 1 to 100 μm and a thickness of 0.1 to 10 μm. When the thickness is selected from the above range, the magnetic pigment layer can be better suitable for ink printing.
The bottom layer of the plain net flower and the middle layer of the pattern layer are printed by offset printing or gravure printing. The magnetic pigment layer is printed by magnetic alignment. Fig. 3 shows the effect of the printed product from different angles. The ball body can roll at the position of the printing grade along with the change of the visual angle of an observer, the ball body and the plane figure move relatively, the figure is felt to float on the ball body, and finally, a dynamic visual effect with large depth of field is formed, so that the effect which cannot be achieved by common printing figures and texts is achieved, and the magnetic anti-counterfeiting function is also achieved.
The invention also provides a printing method of the magnetic fixed rolling pattern printed matter, which comprises the following steps:
using laser light column paper as a printing substrate, and printing magnetic powder on the printing substrate by a magnetic orientation printing technology to form a magnetic pigment layer;
a flat screen flower bottom layer serving as a bottom color layer is printed on the magnetic powder layer by using blue ink through stencil printing; the color blending proportion of the blue ink is as follows: blue, red is 4-6: 1-3;
on the flat screen flower bottom layer, printing a pattern layer middle tone layer serving as a pattern layer by using blue ink, wherein a pattern area is expressed by using the middle tone layer, the tone range is 35-65%, and a background area is free from ink; the color blending proportion of the medium blue ink is as follows: and red is 4-6: 3-5.

the magnetic pigment layer is formed by printing magnetic powder on a printing substrate through a magnetic orientation printing technology, and a three-dimensional rolling ball is generated through the magnetic orientation printing technology;
the flat screen bottom layer is a bottom color layer printed by using blue ink through printing;
the pattern layer middle tone layer is a pattern layer printed by using blue ink, the pattern area has middle tone layer expression, the tone range is 35-65%, and the background area is free and free of ink;
