Eisenlegierung für Pulvereisenkerne für die Ton- und Hochfrequenztechnik Im Patent 939 269 ist die Verwendung von Zwei-und Mehrstofflegierungen mit Eisen als Grundstoff beschrieben, deren Verhalten bei Erhitzung und Abkühlung durch eine mit Temperaturhysterese behaftete a-y-Umwandlung gekennzeichnet ist, als magnetische Werkstoffe mit geringem und gleichmäßigem Anstieg der Permeabilität bei zunehmender Feldstärke und hohem Absolutwert der Anfangspermeabilität. Im einzelnen sind dann im Hauptpatent noch Legierungszusammensetzungen angegeben, die den Forderungen des Hauptanspruchs besonders entsprechen. Der geringe Permeabilitätsanstieg wird bei diesen Legierungen durch die nach Erhitzen über den Umwandlungspunkt und Abkühlung zurückbleibenden Spannungen bewirkt. Bei diesen Kernen soll die Hysteresekönstante h, die sich aus dem Anstieg des Verlustwinkels mit dem Feld ergibt, möglichst niedrig und, wie weitergehende Überlegungen lehren, das Verhältnis klein sein. Neben dieser Eigenschaft des Pulvereisenkerns läßt sich aber auch eine Forderung angeben, welche der Werkstoff vor dem Zerkleinern erfüllen soll. Durch die Scherung in den Pulverteilchen wird bekanntlich die Hysteresekonstante h" des unzerteilten Werkstoffes stärker herabgesetzt als dessen Anfangspermeabilität ,u-4v, und zwar gilt etwa: Durch Einsetzen dieser Beziehung in die erwähnte Bedingung erhält man bei vorgegebenem ,u.& für den unzerkleinerten Werkstoff die Bedingung, daß möglichst klein zu halten ist. Die Behandlung des Werkstoffes vor dem Zerkleinern ist demnach so zu lenken, daß diese Vorschrift eingehalten wird. Dabei ist zu berücksichtigen, daß die Hysteresekonstante dem im Hauptpatent definierten Anstiegsfaktor proportional ist. -Das Zerkleinern erfolgt wie üblich z. B. in Kugelmühlen; danach kann in bekannter Weise eine Anlaßbehandlungeingeschaltet werden zur Verbesserung des Wertes von Darauf werden die Pulverteilchen gegebenenfalls voneinander isoliert, und zum Schluß wird in bekannter Weise das Pulver zu Kernen v erpreßt unter Anwendung der. üblichen Bindemittel, z.
