Claims (26)
- Verfahren zum Biegen von Hohlprofilleisten (53) zu Abstandhalterrahmen für Isolierglasscheiben, deren Ecken alle durch Biegen der Hohlprofilleiste (53) hergestellt sind und bei denen sich die freien miteinander verbundenen Enden der Hohlprofilleiste (53) in einem geraden Abschnitt des Abstandhalterrahmens befinden, gekennzeichnet durch die Folge der nachstehenden Verfahrensschritte:die Hohlprofilleiste (53) wird ausgehend von einer "Null"-Position, die durch einen bezogen aus die Förderrichtung der Hohlprofilleiste (53) nach dem Biegekopf (58, 59) vorgesehenen Anschlag (57) bestimmt ist, soweit vorgeschoben, daß der über das Biegewiderlager (20) des Biegezopfes (58, 59) überstehende Abschnitt (53') der Hohlprofilleiste (53) um ein vorbestimmtes Stück X kleiner ist als die Länge des ersten Schenkels des herzustellenden Abstendhalterrahmens,die Hohlprofilleiste (53) wird vor dem Biegevorgang im Bereich der zu erzeugenden Abbiegung im Biegekopf (58, 59) festgehalten,die Hohlprofilleiste (53) wird das erste Mal abgebogen,nach dem Biegevorgang wird die Hohlprofilleiste (53) durch eine die Hohlprofilleiste (53) in ihrem noch nicht abgebogenen, bezogen auf die Förderrichtung vor dem Biegekopf (58, 59) liegenden Bereich klemmende und sich beim Vorschub mit der Hohlprofilleiste (53) mitbewegende Vorschubvorrichtung (52) soweit vorgeschoben, daß die Stelle der Hohlprofilleiste (53), an der die nächste Ecke zu erzeugen ist, gegenüber dem Biegewiderlager (20) ausgerichtet ist,während die Hohlprofilleiste (53) im Biegekopf (58, 59) festgehalten wird, bewegt sich die Vorschubvorrichtung (52) in ihre Ausgangsstellung zurück,diese Arbeitsschritte des Vorschiebens der Hohlprofilleiste (53) und des Abbiegens derselben werden wiederholt, bis nur mehr die letzte Ecke in der Hohlprofilleiste (53) zu biegen istder Abbiegungen aufweisende Abschnitt der Hohlprofilleiste (53) wird vor dem Biegen der letzten Ecke von der Vorschubvorrichtung (52) vorgeschoben und von der zugeführten Hohlprofilleiste (53) in einem Abstand von der Stelle, in der die letzte Biegung auszuführen ist, von der zugeführten Hohlprofilleiste (53) abgetrennt, welcher der Länge des vorbestimmten Stückes X entspricht,dann wird die letzte Ecke gebogen undder so hergestellte Abstandhalterrahmen wird abtransportiert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Biegen der letzten Ecke der vorher gebogene Abschnitt der Hohlprofilleiste und/oder das vordere Ende der zugeführten Hohlprofilleiste aus der Biegeebene ausgelenkt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgebogenen Abschnitte der Hohlprofilleiste an einer Stützfläche aufliegen.
- Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,mit einer Vorrichtung (54) zum Zuführen der zu Abstandhalterrahmen zu biegenden Hohlprofilleisten (53), die am unteren Rand einer Stützfläche (60) für die abgebogenen Abschnitte der Hohlprofilleiste vorgesehen ist,mit einem Biegekopf (58, 59) zum Abbiegen der Hohlprofilleiste (53) um in dieser an vorbestimmten Biegestellen Ecken herzustellen,mit einer bezogen auf die Vorschubrichtung der Hohlprofilleiste (53) vor dem Biegekopf (58, 59) angeordneten Vorschubvorrichtung (52),mit einem in die Bewegungsbahn der Hohlprofilleiste (53) ragenden und aus dieser Förderbahn wegbewegbaren Anschlag (57) zum Bestimmen der "Null"-Position, in welche die abzubiegende Hohlprofilleiste (53) von der Vorrichtung (54) zum Zuführen der Hohlprofilleiste (53) befördert wird,die Vorschubvorrichtung weist einen Greifer (52) auf, der um eine vorwählbare Strecke parallel zur Fördervorrichtung (54) verschiebbar ist und der während des Vorschubes der Hohlprofilleiste (53) an der Hohlprofilleiste (53) klemmend angreift und sich beim Vorschub mit der Hohlprofilleiste (53) mit dieser bewegt, um die vorgesehenen Biegestellen jeweils gegenüber dem Biegekopf (58, 59) auszurichten,mit einer Vorrichtung zum Abschneiden der Hohlprofilleiste (53) an einer Stelle (70), die, bezogen auf die Vorschubrichtung vor dem Biegekopf (58, 59) liegtder Biegekopf (58, 59) weist an der Hohlprofilleiste (53) anlegbare Backen (3, 4) zum Festhalten der Hohlprofilleiste (53) während der Biegevorgänge auf,der Greifer (52) und die Backen (3, 4) sind abwechselnd an die Hohlprofilleiste (53)anlegbar unddie Vorschubvorrichtung (52) ist in ihre Ausgangsstellung zurückbewegbar, während die Hohlprofilleiste (53) von den Backen (3, 4) des Biegekopfes (58, 59) festgehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 mit einer Klemme (2) für die Hohlprofilleiste (53), die zwei zur Veränderung des gegenseitigen Abstandes relativ zueinander bewegliche Klemmbacken (3, 4) aufweist, die an die Seitenflächen (40) der zu biegenden Hohlprofilleiste (53) anlegbar sind, wobei zwischen den Klemmbacken (3, 4) eine Auflage (6) für die zu biegende Hohlprofilleiste (53) vorgesehen ist, mit einem der Klemme (2) zugeordneten Widerlager (20), um das herum die Hohlprofilleiste (53) gebogen wird und das beim Biegevorgang gegen die später die Innenecke bildende Fläche der Hohlprofilleiste (53) anliegt, und mit einem gegenüber der Klemme (2) zur Ausführung des Biegevorganges verschwenkbarem Biegehebel (50), der an dem über die Klemme (2) vorstehenden Abschnitt der Hohlprofilleiste (53) anlegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Widerlager (20) an einem Träger (21) gehalten ist, der sowohl in bzw. parallel zur Symmetrieebene der Klemme (2) als auch senkrecht zu dieser Symmetrieebene zum Wegbewegen des Widerlagers aus der Biegeebene verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (21) für das Widerlager (20) um eine zur Symmetrieebene der Klemme (2) senkrechte Achse (Lager 26) verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (21) für das Widerlager (20) senkrecht zur Symmetrieebene der Klemme (2) verschiebbar in einer Halterung (31) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (21) für das Widerlager (20) an einem Hebel (25) montiert ist, der in der Vorrichtung um eine zur Symmetrieebene der Klemme (2) senkrechte Achse verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (21) für das Widerlager (20) in einer am Hebel (25) befestigten Halterung (31) über vorzugsweise wenigstens zwei Führungsstangen (30) oder Führungsschienen senkrecht zur Symmetrieebene der Klemme (2) verschiebbar geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Widerlager (20) an seinem Träger (21) auswechselbar befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Widerlager (20) am Träger (21) in eine am Träger (21) vorgesehene Nut (23) mit Gleitsitz eingesetzt und mit Hilfe einer Befestigungsvorrichtung, z.B. einer Schraube (24), festgelegt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Klemmbacken (3) der Klemme (2) am Gestell der Vorrichtung ortsfest befestigt ist und daß die zweite Klemmbacke (4) gegenüber der ortsfesten Klemmbacke (3) verschiebbar geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Führung der beweglichen Klemmbacke (4) gegenüber der ortsfesten Klemmbacke (3) Führungsstangen (5, 6), die senkrecht zur Symmetrieebene der Klemme (2) ausgerichtet sind, vorgesehen sind, die in Bohrungen in einer der Klemmbacken (3, 4) mit Gleitsitz eingreifen, und daß Führungsstangen (6) gleichzeitig eine Auflage für die zu biegende Hohlprofilleiste (53) bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegliche Klemmbacke (4) mit einem Linearmotor, z.B. einem Druckmittelzylinder, über einen Hebel(8)-Zugstangen(9)-Antrieb gekuppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Klemmbacken (3, 4) der Klemme (2), vorzugsweise die ortsfeste Klemmbacke (3), an ihrer dem Widerlager (20) zugekehrten Seite eine Stufe (42) aufweist und daß das Widerlager (20) eine in die Stufe (42) bei in Wirklage befindlichem Widerlager (20) eingreifende Gegenfläche (41), vorzugsweise eine Winkelfläche, aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Widerlager (20) schmäler ausgebildet ist als die zu biegende Hohlprofilleiste (53) und an seinem freien Ende eine wulstartige Verdickung (35) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Biegehebel (50) um eine zur Symmetrieebene der Klemme (2) senkrechte Achse (37) verschwenkbar ist, die zur Achse des Wulstes (35) am vorderen Ende des Widerlagers (20) koaxial ist, wenn sich das Widerlager (20) in seiner Wirkstellung befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (Lager 26) des den Träger (21) für das Widerlager (20) tragenden Hebels (25) gegenüber der Schwenkachse (37) für den Biegehebel (50) versetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifer (52) an einem Schlitten (51) vorgesehen ist, der auf einer parallel zur Fördervorrichtung (54) verlaufenden Führung verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Antriebsmotor (55) für den Schlitten (51) eine Wegmeßeinrichtung, z.B. ein Inkrementalgeber (56), zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (51) mit einem vom Antriebsmotor (55) angetriebenen Endlos- Zahnriemen gekuppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmotor (55) am Schlitten (51) montiert ist und ein Ritzel besitzt, das mit einer in der Vorrichtung ortsfest montierten Zahnstange kämmt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß neben dem Biegekopf (58/59) ein in bzw. unter die Fördervorrichtung (54) versenkbarer Anschlag (57) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifer (52) Backen (72, 76) aufweist, die von oben und von unten her an die Hohlprofilleiste (53) anlegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Backe (76) des Greifers (52) am Schlitten (51) fix und die obere Backe (72) des Greifers (52) am Schlitten (51) beweglich montiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegliche Backe (72) mit dem Schlitten (51) über Parallelogrammlenker (73) verbunden ist.
