Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a transportable receiving device for sheets, forms or the like, in particular a writing pad.
To date, traffic police officers have had smaller notepads or pads on which they may issue their organ mandates in their routine traffic monitoring activities. It has been shown that traffic police officers are increasingly at risk from criminal motorists. In particular, it has already happened that motorists have shot at the traffic police when they stop from their cars. There are already bulletproof vests made of bulletproof material, but they are relatively expensive and uncomfortable to wear. In addition, the head area is not protected.
The object of the invention is to provide vulnerable persons, in particular traffic police officers, with a simple yet effective protective device against shelling, in particular bullets from revolvers or pistols.
According to the invention this is done by a holding device for sheets, forms or the like. especially a writing pad made of bulletproof material.
The basic idea is to use writing pads, document folders or the like that are used anyway. to be bulletproof. Such writing pads according to the invention can have a completely neutral effect on the outside and yet the inside of the actual bulletproof material, for example one above the other Have textile layers made of aramid fibers. Already with a thickness of the package of the textile layers of approx. 1 cm one can achieve a bullet prevention from all common handguns. The writing pad made of bulletproof material according to the invention is particularly suitable for traffic controls, since the person who is stopped must at least open the window of the car to shoot, and the area from which a projectile is to be expected is therefore relatively limited. The traffic policeman is then able to use his bulletproof writing pads to hold the bullet and thus save his life. In principle, however, other applications, for example bulletproof folders for certain congresses or the like, are also conceivable and possible.
Die Fig. 2 zeigt einen Querschnitt.1 and 2, an embodiment of the bulletproof writing pad according to the invention is shown. 1 shows a perspective view. 2 shows a cross section.
The
As can be seen from FIG. 2, a first trough-
It is essential that the subject of the invention not only has the bullet-proof effect, but in normal use as a writing pad, folder or the like. can be used. For this purpose, the writing pad shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a rigid,
