Abstract

  • 1. Elektromagnetischer Aktuator.
  • 2.1. Bei bekannten elektromagnetischen Aktuatoren mit mindestens einem auf einen Anker wirkenden Elektromagneten wirken sich betriebsbedingte Temperaturschwankungen aufgrund der Temperaturabhängigkeit der magnetischen Eigenschaften des Ankers und Elektromagneten störend auf die Dynamik des Aktuators aus. Die Dynamik des neuen Aktuators soll über eine lange Betriebszeit möglichst unabhängig von Temperatureinflüssen sein.
  • 2.2. Mit einer auf dem Anker (1) und/oder dem mindestens einen Elektromagneten (2, 3) aufgebrachten verschleißhemmenden Schicht (9) aus nichtferromagnetischem Material wird der magnetische Gesamtwiderstand im magnetischen Kreis des mindestens einen Elektromagneten (2, 3) auf einen Wert festgelegt, der im wesentlichen durch den magnetischen Widerstand der verschleißhemmenden Schicht (9) und den magnetischen Widerstand eines ggf. vorhandenen Luftspaltes bestimmt ist und daher weitgehend temperaturunabhängig ist, so daß auch die auf den Anker (1) wirkende magnetische Kraft im wesentlichen temperaturunabhängig ist.
  • 2.3. Der Aktuator ist in Brennkraftmaschinen zur Betätigung von Gaswechselventilen einsetzbar.

  • 2.1. The total magnetic resistance in the magnetic circuit of the at least one electromagnet (2, 3) is fixed to a value with a wear-resistant layer (9) made of non-ferromagnetic material on the armature (1) and / or the at least one electromagnet (2, 3), which is essentially determined by the magnetic resistance of the wear-resistant layer (9) and the magnetic resistance of an air gap which may be present and is therefore largely temperature-independent, so that the magnetic force acting on the armature (1) is also essentially temperature-independent.
