Abstract

Display packaging for a variety of objects consists of a folded card (1a, 1b) and is has an opening (2) in which is located a transparent plastics shell (3) which contains the object to be displayed. The sides (1a, 1b) have windows (5, 6) through which information can be read on a card (7) placed between the sides. The package is closed by glueing or fixing the edges (4) of the sides with a rivet or a reusable press fastener. The package can thus be used for different objects by changing the card, the press fastener being undone to allow opening of the package.
