Abstract

The flat face of the section (1) is coated with a self-adhesive (2) which is initially covered with a protective film (3). The core of the section is formed by a flat metal strip (4) which extends beyond each end of the section. The front face of the section is recessed (8) to receive a decorative strip. The trim is applied by removing the protective film, pressing the section on the panel in the required position and then bending the projecting ends of the metal strip over the edges of the panel.
