Abstract

The support for a rubbish and laundry bag has at least one pivoting upright (rods 24, 25) which is connected at its upper end to the cover 6 so that it can pivot, the lower pivoting upright end being mounted below the plane of the cover, on a pivoting bearing 26 also capable of being able to pivot on the support.

Description

The invention relates to a garbage and laundry bag holder with a ring

  upper bag holding, preferably rectangular or square, carried by support uprights, and a hinged cover which is pivotally held on an upright. According to DE-GM 82 17 046, there is known a garbage bag and laundry bag holder, for which the pivot axis of the cover is mounted on a holding part fixed in such a way as to be removable on the holding ring. bag, or on the uprights of the support, holding part which reaches as far as the bag holding ring.   The bag retaining ring of the support 1 is held by the flattened upper part 2a of a rear upright 2, vertical, and by a second front upright, not shown, also vertical. The rear upright 2 4 ends with its section 2b, on a rear support part 3, U-shaped, which can correspond to a similar amount part, on the front side of the support. The bag retaining ring 1 is preferably connected to the flattened upper end of the upright 2

hinge 9.

  The two blind holes 10, 11 can also be replaced by a through bore, extending from one side 20, to the other opposite side 21 of the

hinge part 9.

  In the blind holes 10, 11, respectively in the through bore, emerge the curved ends 22, 23 of rods 24, 25, which are arranged parallel to each other and together form a pivot amount. According to an appropriate embodiment, the two rods 24, 25 can also be replaced by a

single pivot post.

  A small block of pivoting bearings 26 is fixed, for example by means of shells, or the like, at a distance and below the bag retaining ring 1, on the support post 2 (FIGS. 1 and 4). This small block emerges towards the rear of the upright 2 and also has two blind holes 27, 28, which are again arranged coaxially with one another and can be replaced by a horizontal, through bore. The curved lower ends 29, 30 of the two rods 24, 25 emerge in these two bores 27, 28, respectively in the through bore. In this way, the two rods 24, 25 are capable of pivoting in their two holes 27, 28, on a horizontal axis, as also the hinge part 9.of the cover 6, on an axis parallel thereto, due to the fact bent ends 22, 23 of
