Abstract

Description

Accessoire de protection visuelle, tel qu'un masque de ski, dont l'écran est inséré dans une gorge de la monture et retenu dans celle-ci à l'aide de pièces détachées. Le domaine de l'invention est celui de la conception et de la fabrication des équipements de protection visuelle. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un accessoire de protection visuelle et son procédé de fabrication et d'assemblage. L'invention s'applique à tout type d'accessoires de protection visuelle, et en premier lieu au masque de ski. Il n'en reste pas moins que l'invention est également applicable à d'autres types d'accessoires, par exemple à usage professionnel, tels que ceux utilisés par exemple par les soudeurs ou dans le cadre d'activités nécessitant de se protéger les yeux vis-à-vis d'éventuelles projections. Dans le domaine de l'invention, il est connu de proposer des masques de ski du type comprenant : une monture ; au moins un écran susceptible d'être monté sur la monture, ceci à l'intérieur d'une gorge de la monture à l'intérieur de laquelle on vient insérer le bord supérieur de l'écran. A l'intérieur de la gorge sont ménagés un ou plusieurs ergots de retenue. Le bord supérieur de l'écran présente quant à lui une ou plusieurs encoches en correspondance avec les positions des ergots. L'écran est inséré dans la gorge de telle sorte que les encoches viennent prendre place sur les ergots qui retiennent l'écran sur la monture. Actuellement, les montures de ce type sont réalisées en un matériau souple. En effet, les ergots de la monture sont réalisés d'un seul tenant avec le reste de la monture et la présence de tels ergots dans une monture réalisée par moulage implique nécessairement le recours à un matériau souple, faute de quoi il serait particulièrement difficile, voire impossible, de procéder au démoulage d'une telle monture si celle-ci devait être réalisée en un matériau rigide. Or, les matériaux souples les plus courants peuvent être amenés à se détériorer légèrement, au point éventuellement de ne plus assurer une retenue et un maintien de l'écran de façon satisfaisante sur la monture. Cela peut se constater en particulier avec les masques prévus pour recevoir de façon amovible les écrans, ceux-ci étant alors montés légèrement à force sur les ergots, et retirés de la monture en exerçant une traction suffisante. L'utilisateur peut ainsi remplacer un écran par un autre plus adapté en fonction des conditions météorologiques, et en particulier en fonction des conditions de luminosité. On connait une autre technique, plus couramment utilisée pour la fabrication et l'assemblage de lunettes, selon laquelle l'écran est découpé de telle manière qu'il vient se fixer sur des parties latérales et/ou supérieures de la monture. Toutefois, un tel système nécessite une certaine épaisseur de monture afin d'assurer une bonne fixation de l'écran. De plus, une telle technique d'assemblage impose certaines formes d'écran, procurant aux lunettes une esthétique générale qui n'est pas toujours celle souhaitée par l'utilisateur. L'invention a pour objectif de pallier les inconvénients de l'art antérieur. Plus précisément, l'invention a pour objectif de proposer un accessoire de protection visuelle, du type comprenant un écran dont le bord supérieur est monté et retenu dans la gorge d'une monture, ladite monture pouvant être fabriquée par moulage en tout type de matériaux. Selon un mode de réalisation préférentiel, ladite ou lesdites pièces détachées présentent la forme de goupilles, chaque zone d'accueil prenant la forme d'un passage dimensionné pour permettre un montage à force de chaque goupille dans la monture. De cette façon, l'assemblage des pièces détachées, sous forme de goupille, avec la monture peut être réalisé de façon simple et rapide.
