Abstract

1,269,638. Display sign. HAWESIGNS Ltd. 9 July, 1969 [9 July, 1968; 11 Feb., 1969], Nos. 32692/68 and 7404/69. Heading G5C. A display sign comprises two vertical sheets 11, 12 which sandwich a display, being illuminated by a strip light T via a translucent sheet 13. The surfaces 10, 10a are reflective. Sheet 11 is translucent, sheet 12 is transparent, thereby resulting in an even illumination of the display. In a modification the transparent walls 14, 14a and 15 are omitted.
