Abstract
1280625 Diffraction gratings NATIONAL RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT CORP 19 April 1971 [26 Feb 1970] 9482/70 Headings G2C and G2J A diffraction grating is made by exposing a substrate coated with a photo-resist to both an interference image and uniform illumination and then developing the resist. To monitor the progress of the development, the grating is illuminated with a laser beam and a mirror is arranged to intercept the first order diffraction and present it adjacent the transmitted light for comparison.
