Abstract

204,652. Marwood, F. T. March 14, 1923. Golf clubs. - A golf-putter head of aluminum or aluminium alloy is approximately triangular in plan and is recessed from the bottom into proximity to the top to receive heavy metal filling B other than lead. The back of the head is formed of two surfaces A, A<1>, meeting in a line A<2> which should be directly behind the ball when the stroke is made. The striking face A<3> may be roughened. The filling B is preferably of white metal.
