Abstract

259,759. Thornbery, W. H. Oct. 13, 1925. Reflectors.-One or more red glass reflectors C, preferably of bulls-eye shape and facetted, are attached to or formed integral with the transparent red glass B of a cycle &c. rear lamp, or of a combined front and rear lamp A, to act as a reflex light. The reflectors may be arranged in a ring, or one or more straight lines, or a single one may be arranged centrally. In some cases, the reflectors are formed without a polished metal backing so that some of the light from the lamp may be transmitted through them. The Provisional Specification also states that the reflector may be ring-shaped.
