Abstract
314,340. Metallges. Akt.-Ges. June 25, 1928, [Convention date]. Cores for cables; conductive materials. - A high voltage conductor is formed of a core of round aluminium wires 6, round which are laid flat wires 5 which overlap each other by means of contact surfaces arranged obliquely to the radial plane. To economize material, the wires 6 may be grooved. One of the sets of wires may be of hard, and the other of soft, aluminium, or both sets may be of hard aluminium.
