Abstract
591,996. Tubular heat-exchange elements. PHILLIPS, R. B., and WRIGHT, C. S. July 27, 1944, No. 14401. [Class 64 (iii)] [Also in Group XL] Trapezoidal cooling fins 9 are bolted together so as to form a solid wedge-shaped body 16, the bottom surface of which is smooth, so that it may be soldered directly to the surface to be cooled, e.g., the end cap 2 of an electron 'discharge tube.
