Class 8 (i) [Also in Group XXIX] A compressor valve arrangement comprises two spring-loaded annular plate-valves mounted on a cylindrical member 9 and so arranged that gas flowing from an inlet port 2 to the cylinder 5 of the compressor is divided by a collar 19 between the two valves, the interior of the cylindrical member 9 interconnecting the outlets of the two valves. A valve 23 controls communication with a clearance space 22 for partially unloading the compressor.
