744,631. Writing - machines. POWERS - SAMAS ACCOUNTING MACHINES, Ltd. May 7, 1954 [May 29, 1953], No. 15066/53. Drawings to Specification. Class 146(3) In a writing machine as described in Specification 707,736, means are provided for simultaneously feeding superposed sheets through the machine at different speeds, whereby copies having characters of different heights from those on the top or original copy are formed. For instance, the copy sheet may be fed at half the speed of the top or original sheet, so that the characters thereon are of half the size of those on the original and less space is required for filing such copy sheets.
