Abstract

793,745. Cartons for dispensing sheet material. KIMBERLY-CLARK CORPORATION. April 9, 1956 [May 31, 1955; Oct. 10, 1955], No. 10775/56. Class 18. A carton for interleaved sheets has a dispensing cut in its top wall, the cut being oppositely curved on either side of the longitudinal axis of the wall whereby the issuing sheets are stiffened and more readily separated from those following them. The cut may be continuously curved and extend between diagonally opposite corners. The ends of the cut may be spaced from the corners. The cut may comprise a straight central portion 70 with curved extremities 90, 90a and may extend into the carton side walls as at 87, 87a. The cuts may be formed by perforations for tearing prior to use,
