Abstract

802,702. Hydraulic accumulators. CLAYTON DEWANDRE CO., Ltd. April 4, 1957 [April 6, 1956], No. 10600/56. Class 69 (2). The shell of an accumulator is made up of two parts 1, 2. The lower part 2 is smaller in diameter than the part 1 and has its rim portion extending into the part 1 and bent back at 3 to form an enlarged lip 4. The rim of a bladder 5 is held between the lip 4 and part 1 and has a flange 6 which is clamped between flange 7, 8 on the parts 1, 2 by rings 10, 11. The bladder is protected from the gas and fluid ports by disc-shaped covers 20, 22.
