[Also in Group VIII] A cosmetic applicator is made by heat-sealing a layer 24 of polyvinyl chloride along a peripheral edge portion 26 to a layer 28 of foamed diisocyanate-modified polyester resin. Fusion may be obtained by high-frequency dielectric heat-sealing in a press. Specification 779,077, [Group IV (a)], is referred to.
