Abstract

922,317. Packaging pesticides. ASSOCIATED FUMIGATORS Ltd. April 28, 1959 [May 5, 1958; Aug. 11, 1958], Nos. 14333/58 and 25746/58. Class 94(1). Pesticides are enclosed in water soluble bags of a material including polyvinyl alcohol, so that they may be made into a solution for use without removing them from the bags. The packages may be enclosed in hermetically sealed non- soluble outer bags having tear strips. Examples of packages are given in one of which, the soluble bag is formed from polyvinyl alcohol and encloses a suspension of three parts fluoroacetamide in three parts of a wetting agent iso-octyl 0-cresyl polyethylene condensate.
