932,525. Tyre tread compositions. PITTSBURGH PLATE GLASS CO. Dec. 27, 1961 [Feb. 15, 1961], No. 46185/61. Class 144 (2). A vehicle tyre has, as tread component thereof, a sulphur-cured vulcanizate of natural rubber containing zinc oxide and silica reinforcement, said composition being free of added fatty acid. Other conventional compounding ingredients are added. Specifications 730,765, 756,857, 768,074, 805,494, 816,686 and 841,156 are referred to.
