Abstract

943,614. Containers convertible into icebuckets. SCHENLEY INDUSTRIES Inc. Sept. 6, 1962 [Nov. 15, 1961], No. 34211/62. Heading B8P. A container 32 for a bottle B can be converted from a package 30, Fig. 1, held together by a band 34, into an ice-bucket, Fig. 3. The container is made from a single blank of waterproof material by folding up side panels 12 from the base panel 11 and folding triangular panels 17 against the side panels 12 with tabs 13 folded over the top and rivets 20 inserted to retain the panels in this position. Each pair of panels 17<SP>1</SP> is folded inwardly to form the gusset corners.
