Abstract

A composition comprises polyvinyl chloride and as a plasticizer therefor a mixture of a di (alkoxy alkoxy alkyl) phthalate and a di (alkoxy alkyl) phthalate, the amount of di (alkoxy alkyl) phthalate being between 20 and 80% by weight of the mixture. Phthalates exemplified are di (isopropoxy ethyl) phthalate and di (isopropoxyethoxy ethyl) phthalate. Stabilizers may be added.
