Abstract

A fuel package of small size comprises a filling of small coal in a container of low melting thermoplastic material, e.g. polythene. The container may be bag-like, the upper part being folded over and sealed, or box-like with flat top and bottom, and the flat top may have projections, e.g. in the centre or at the corners, to space superimposed containers. The containers may be arranged in blocks comprising parallel rows of containers, the block having a common top for all the containers. The top may be perforated between adjacent containers.
