Conventionally, many cleaning bleaching compositions containing an alkali metal hypochlorite as a main base are known. As a surfactant that serves as a cleaning aid, these compositions contain polyoxyoxysilane because of their solubility in an aqueous solution of alkali metal hypochlorite and stability of available chlorine in the aqueous solution of alkali metal hypochlorite. Anionic surfactants such as alkali metal salts of sulfates of ethylene alkyl phenyl ether or alkyl diphenyl ether (for example, JP-A-52-69415) and paraffin sulfonate (for example, JP-A-54-148006) have been used.

Betaine is exemplified as a substance other than an anionic surfactant to be added to an aqueous solution of an alkali metal hypochlorite (for example, British Patent No. 1329086, Dutch Patent No. 148103, JP-A No. 148103). 60-63300), but they are all carbobetaine-type amphoteric surfactants.

It is still difficult to say that the addition of these surfactants improves the surface activation ability of the cleaning liquid and improves the cleaning power.

The present inventors have excellent detergency, have excellent solubility in an aqueous solution of alkali metal hypochlorite, and have good stability of available chlorine in an aqueous solution of alkali metal hypochlorite. As a result of intensive studies on the cleaning aid, it was found that the above object can be achieved by using a sulfobetaine-type amphoteric surfactant, and the present invention has been completed.

In the above general formula (I), R 1 is an alkyl group having 8 to 22 carbon atoms, preferably an alkyl group having 12 to 18 carbon atoms.
R 2 and R 3 are alkyl groups having 1 to 2 carbon atoms, and among these, a methyl group having 1 carbon atom is preferable. n is an integer of 2 to 3, and among them, 3 is preferable.

The content of the sulfobetaine-type amphoteric surfactant (a) in the liquid washing and bleaching composition of the present invention is in the range of 0.01 to 10% by weight, preferably 0.03 to 5% by weight, based on the weight of the composition. Things are good. If the content of the sulfobetaine-type amphoteric surfactant (a) is less than 0.01% by weight, the excellent cleaning effect cannot be exhibited, and if it exceeds 10% by weight, the stability of the alkali metal hypochlorite is stable. Is damaged.

The content of the alkali metal hypochlorite (b) is usually in the range of 0.5 to 10% by weight, preferably 2 to 7% by weight. When the content of alkali metal hypochlorite is less than 0.5% by weight, the bleaching power is insufficient, and the content exceeding 10% by weight is not actually necessary.
