【発明が解決しようとする課題】
弾性的な伸縮性を有するおむつでは、ターゲットテープとなる非伸縮性のループ部材を非伸長下にある前後胴周り域の一方の外面に取り付けると、ターゲットテープが位置する前後胴周り域の部位の伸縮性がターゲットテープによって拘束されてしまうので、ターゲットテープを取り付けた部位では、実質的におむつの伸縮性が失われることになる。
