その外周端撓みで所定の低減衰力を発生するサブ
リーフバルブと、下流側に配設されピストン速度
の中高速域時にその外周端撓みで所定の高減衰力
を発生するメインリーフバルブと、該メインリー
フバルブの受圧面側に隣設され上記サブリーフバ
ルブの外周端撓み時に作動油の通過を可とする切
欠孔をその外周側に有すると共に上記メインリー
フバルブの外周端撓み時にその外周端が同時に撓
み切欠リーフバルブと、を有してなり、サブリー
フバルブの内周端がピストン速度の微低速域時に
は固定態様に担持される一方で、ピストン速度の
中高速域時には浮動態様に担持されるように形成
されてなることを特徴とする油圧緩衝器の減衰バ
